Look Up
Look Up is a children’s book created by Danielle Papandrea based on her experience as a working mom in New York City.
The story explores themes of work-life balance and the importance of living in the present moment, and is currently being co-written and illustrated by the team at Hearthbeat.
In 2020, the Castle Wildfire, a devastating fire of unprecedented scale, spread through the Sequoia National Forest wiping out 10-14% of the worlds Giant Sequoia Population.
In this animated short film, we hope to showcase the delicate but essential relationship between Giant Sequoias and Wildfires, and demonstrate the way that human interference led to the destructive inferno that almost wiped out these magnificent giants.
Sequoia is currently in production.
